We collect information you voluntarily submit through the contact form (name, email address, subject, and message). Servers may record limited technical data such as IP address, browser, and access time for security and operation.

We use contact-form data to respond to your request and take pre-contractual steps under GDPR Article 6(1)(b). Technical data is processed under Article 6(1)(f) for our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site. Analytics cookies are installed only after explicit consent under Article 6(1)(a).

Strictly necessary cookies support site operation and do not require consent. Google Analytics 4 is used only for aggregated traffic statistics and to improve our content and SEO; analytics cookies remain off until you choose “Accept analytics”. You can reject or withdraw consent at any time from Cookie settings. We do not use marketing or profiling cookies.

We may use technical providers for hosting, email, and analytics under our instructions and appropriate contractual safeguards. Google may process aggregated usage data for Analytics. We do not sell personal data. Where a provider transfers data outside the European Economic Area, we use a lawful transfer mechanism such as standard contractual clauses.

Contact messages are kept as long as needed to handle your request and, if a contract follows, for the legally required retention period. Security logs are kept for a limited period proportionate to their purpose.

You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, plus the right to withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. Email requests to contact@webrio.ro. You may also complain to the Romanian data protection authority.
